Sit down, price fixed menu of $39.95 includes first course, entree and selection from our dessert menu.

All non-alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea, cappuccino and espresso are included.

 

First Course

Inn Salad

Baby lettuces, Balsamic vinaigrette, julienne vegetables and fresh vine ripened tomatoes.

Caesar Salad

Romaine lettuce, Asiago and Parmesan cheeses, with herbed Challah bread croutons and classic dressing.

Chilled Minted Strawberry Soup

A combination of fresh, ripe red strawberries blended with a heart healthy, low-fat yogurt. Perfumed with a hint of mint.

Shrimp Cocktail

Extra large shrimp, served with our spicy Bloody Mary dipping sauce.

 

Entrees

Stuffed Chicken

Boneless chicken breast stuffed with Parma prosciutto, roasted red peppers, Mascarpone cheese and fresh sage in a light Madeira wine sauce.

 

Surf and Turf

A petite filet mignon paired with a 5oz. lobster tail.

 

Farm raised North Atlantic Salmon

Pan seared and served on a bed of red lentils. Topped with sautéed spinach.

 

Hand made Lobster Ravioli

Served in a shrimp aurora sauce.

 

Rack of Lamb Dijonaise

New Zealand baby rack, coated with a dijon mustard and pistachio crust. Served with a port wine and rosemary enriched demi glace.

 

Roast Long Island Duckling

Half of a boneless Long Island duckling, oven-roasted and served with a fresh wild berry lacquer.

 

New York Strip Steak

Sixteen ounces of New York Strip steak, grilled to your liking, on a bed of sautéed portabella mushrooms and topped with a Brandy peppercorn sauce.

 

Shrimp Scampi

Extra large shrimp, sauteed in olive oil, garlic, tomato and white wine. Served with grilled Belgian endive.
